What should I do if I need to miss an appointment?
If it’s well enough in advance, send a message to your doctor through our system. If you don’t get confirmation of the cancellation or if you need to cancel on short notice, courteously call your doctor’s office.
What if I can’t find the type of doctor I need?
Try to widen your search and then start to narrow it down on the things that are most important to you. Our system is intuitive. It tries to be as specific as possible to help you find a perfect match, but sometimes it can be too specific. If you still can’t find a doctor in your area, don’t worry; we are expanding to different areas each day, so try back soon. If you have a suggestion of a doctor who might be good for others or a region you think we should consider, please e-mail us at Suggestions@docmatcher.com
