DocMatchE.R.SM is designed to help patients access their information in case of an emergency and to help health professionals communicate with each other.
Registered individuals are given a private pass code to carry in case of an Emergency.
An authorized Emergency Physician or another health professional can then access the patient’s virtual health file and physician preferences.
